How much experience do you need to become a great basketball player?

Well first, you have to be coordinated. Second you have to be fast and accurate. You have to be smart and strong. If you play all game which consists of one 40 minute quarter, two 20 minutes quarters or four 10 minutes quarters, you have to be able to run for long periods of time. Track is good for that.
