What does the Vitruvian Man text say?

It is a reference to the writings of Vitruvius, the Roman architect, who wrote in his work

De architectura, (c. 25 BC) about the ideal proportions of the human body. For example ;

• the length of a man's outspread arms (arm span) is equal to his height
• the distance from the hairline to the bottom of the chin is one-tenth of a man's height
