Where can you buy the leather jacket that Leon wore in the beginning of resident evil 4?

After the village scene, Leon's jacket seems to mysteriously vanish. However, if you take on Ada's side-quest afterwards, you will see that one of the Ganado villagers are now wearing Leon's jacket.
