No, you can not... if you have not started your period, you can not get pregnat.... you have to have your period befor you can get pregnent.... when you have your perod... it means your body is maturing... it can have children.... but it can kill you if you have children befor your body compleatly matures... So dont try to hav children just because you can.... it will ruen you life... and can kill you...
