How different is Maple Story than Hobbo Hotel?

Maple Story is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) and Habbo Hotel is a social networking site with a flash client. Maple Story allows users to choose between five different characters classes, which include pirate, magician, thief, bowmen, and warrior. Maple Story places a users' character in a virtual world called Maple World and Habbo Hotel places a users' character in a virtual hotel that is based on the users' language. Maple Story has the user upgrading their character's skills and abilities. Habbo Hotel is different because rather than upgrade skills, the user chooses different furniture for their hotel rooms to unlock new games. Unlike Habbo Hotel, Maple Story has player-vs-player (PvP).
