How do you play with girls on San Andreas?

You cannot play as a girl on GTA San Andreas in ordinary gameplay. I have never heard of a mod for this, but you could check out possible GTA mods on the internet, if you are able to download them via a computer. Suggest you check out the site: gtawiki
