As being professionally involved with law enforcement with my legal education, Ive seen way too many ballistic and other criminal related types of appointed court experts statements, and this theory makes no sense. I personally dont believe this. Because nobody would be so stupid to plan to be on the way of the bullets and hope they miss him. This is suicidal. Suge is huge na, 270 lbs, double the size of 2pac. This risk from stray bullet would be too high, if Suge has plotted everything. Noone who orders murder for hire, would put himself on the way of the bullets. This explains everything.

As to why he drove elsewhere and not the closest hopital, this couldve been from panic. Its not easy being coked up and doped up and alcohol tipsy all at once, ballin like a G, and somebody to empty their clip on you and your best rap star, the golden goose, just like that, while waiting on the traffic lights.
