A place where ghosts might live?

Ghosts are not biologically alive.

They may manifest anywhere the sapient electromagnetic fields are not so concentrated as to dissipate the relatively weak electrical fields created by the source of the extoplasmic entity.

A high energy field around , say a poorly-shielded generator, or high voltage transmission lines, would be like the power of a tornado disrupting the breath of a butterfly.
