How does a Twist Drill differ from a masonry bit?

Twist and Drill bit is usually used for drilling small holes in wood. They can also be used on timber, metal, plastics and similar materials.

Masonry Bit are designed for drilling into brick, block,stone, quarry tiles or concrete.
