The Super Bowl had about 100 million.

The Worldwide viewership of the World Cup Final is at least 260 million worldwide

MLS games average somewhere around 16,320 in attendance.

The Seattle Sounders on the high end are averaging 36,000 each home game.

San Jose is on the low end average about 9,300 in attendance for home games.

Those are just numbers of people that watch US soccer or MLS, and does not include people who watch other professional leagues like the English Premier League/Champions League or watch other national teams like Mexico or Brazil but are in the US.
