Herodotus does not refer to Stonehenge in any of his works. He was a Greek historian who lived in the 5th century BCE and primarily focused on the history and cultures of the Mediterranean and surrounding regions. Stonehenge, located in England, was constructed much later, around 2500 BCE, and was not known to Herodotus or mentioned in his writings.
