Can you marry in Animal Crossing ds?

No, you cannot get married on Animal Crossing: Wild World, or on any Animal Crossing game released to date.
On animal crossing you can build a relationship with the villagers by sending them letters with gifts and visiting them reguarly, you can get married but you cant have kids. Hope this helps x
