Why is sauske stronger than naruto?

In this show Sasuke defeated Deidara and others. In the manga he defeated Kakashi, Danzo, The kage of the lightning village and others. To top that of he has the eternal mangekyou Sharingan. They even found another jutsu in Itachi's eyes. Naruto may be able to control the Nine tailed fox now, but Sasuke has the power to control the nine tailed fox too. With Itachi's superior jutsu's and Madara's training he just barely tops Naruto.
