What is the JanSport warranty policy for backpacks and bags?

If you correctly register your JanSport product on purchase it will be covered by a life time guarantee. The company guarantee to replace or repair products that have sustained damage to their structure, this does not include cosmetic ware and tear. The warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage to the item purchased.
