How many monsters can you drink before you die?

Since it hasn't happened yet, I don't know for sure. I will tell you that it won't kill you because you are drinking monsters, it will kill you because you aren't getting the nutrition you need. your body will eventually dispose of the liquid but you will certainly have a sugar overdose which isn't good anyway followed by diarrhea. Long term, you will get Diabetes.
