Why isn't Skye coming out at night- In Harvest Moon DS Cute .?

To first meet Skye you must get his Black Heart Event. To see that go to Romana's Mansion between 10:00 pm to 12:00 am on a sunny day.

After that Skye will enter the valley at 10:00pm. He will come through the dirt path that leads out of the valley in the area where Vesta's farm is.

Skye will not come if the weather is bad or if it is a festival.
