How can a negative body image affect eating behavior?

The brain responds to taste sensors on the tongue in the same way as it responds to emotions like joy or sorrow. Some people eat/drink in reaction to emotional situations and the sensation of taste is used as a drug to overcome the unpleasant feelings.
