How do you say yes i know in French?

The literal translation of "yes I am" is "oui, je suis", but this does not make a sentence in French as it does in English. In most cases a simple "oui" is sufficient, but if you want to emphasize it you could add other Words like effectivement, tout à fait, sans doute, etc. Interesting side note: French and English seem to have different preferences for abbreviation. The reply "oui, je suis" sounds like an incomplete thought to a French person in the same way that "yes, I love" sounds like an incomplete thought to an English speaker, and yet the French "oui, j'adore" is a perfectly acceptable way to respond to a question like "tu aimes ça ?". Go figure.
