Yes, both can be used together without interference. Using multiple forms of contraceptives can be an effective way to reduce the chance of pregnancy. However, the morning after pill is a fairly serious dose of hormones, and is meant to be used in case no other contraceptives were used, or malfunctioned (like the condom breaking). If condoms are not used properly they can be fairly ineffective.
