Why school uniform is bad?

Not exactly bad but uniforms are a lot of money you go to school to learn not to look smart it's just like wearing own clothes but then trying to look smart at the same time. If you agree tell me :)

What about the trench coat Mafia? A trench coat is part of a military uniform.
