What are the rules for playing double solitaire?

In double solitaire, two players each have their own deck of cards and play separately. The goal is to build foundation piles in ascending order by suit. Players can move cards between their own tableau piles and foundation piles, but cannot move cards between each other's piles. The game ends when one player successfully builds all their foundation piles.
