What causes a child to commit crime?

There are many possible answers to this question.

One reason could be because the young ones are usually being influenced by there social activities, friends, and even family. Which in psychology is called Observational Learning(or social learning). Even the movies they watch can influence them in good/bad ways.

A second reason could be drugs. A lot of criminal activity by children happen because of drugs they do. It is a fact out there that kids who do drugs are more likely to be involved in criminal activity than those who don't.
