Are Campgrounds a safe place for children?

Camp grounds can be a dangerous place for children. You have to make sure they don't get burned by the fire, fall on a sharp stick, or get lost in the woods. It is the adults responsibilty to make the campground as safe as possible for a child.

or it can be a safe place for 8 and up as long as they're accompanied by a much older child or adult.
