Can you move music from old Sony MP3 player to new Sony MP3 player?

Older Sony players didn't support MP3 playback (after 20u can use this to burn the audio fileugh it were a USB flash drive. You'll find your audio files t b NW-E5), I looked in a directory called \OMGAUD and I found the audio tras thre, but thy looked strange. All the filenames were simply numbers, like this:
10000049.OMA

and so on...
