What country owns spratly islands?

Spratly Islands (not Spartly) are claimed by Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines and Brunei.

One of the Spratly Island known as Spratly Island (proper) or Truong Sa Island is owned by Vietnam.
