Is srivastava caste is best in kayastha?

According to extract of bhavishya puran chitragupta katha the original shloka which was mentioned by shabdkalpdrum and vachasptyam was like this:

चित्रगुप्तान्वये जाताः शृणु तान् कथयामि वै। गौड़ाख्या माथुराश्चैव भट्टनागरसेनकाः। अहिष्ठानाः श्रीवास्तवन्यः शैक्षसैनान तथैव च। कुशलाः सर्वशास्त्रेषु अम्बष्ठाद्या नराधिपः। पुत्रान् धृत्वा स्थापरायान् चित्रगुप्तो महीतले। धर्माधर्मविवेकश्च चित्रगुप्तो महामतिः।"

Note that (नाराधिप= नर= पुरुष and अधिप = राजा/ उत्तम)

चित्रगुप्त के वंश में उत्पन्न हुए, सुनो मैं उनका वर्णन करता हूँ। गौड़, माथुर, भट्टनागर और सेनक। श्रीवास्तव, अहिष्ठान, सैकसेना। सभी शास्त्रों में कुशल, अंबष्ठ आदि उत्तम। = अम्ब्ष्ठ आदि उत्तम सभी शास्त्रों में कुशल थे । चित्रगुप्त ने अपने पुत्रों को पृथ्वी पर स्थापित किया। धर्म और अधर्म का विवेक करने वाले, चित्रगुप्त महान बुद्धि वाले थे।

In later editions around 1875 it was changed with new shlokas

This extract of bhavishya puran from vachasptyam and shabdkalpdrum given above was printed and now known as Chitragupta vrat katha . It was done at early 1900s

Even in kaliyug adishur vansh ruled 714 while some says 784 years in gaud present Bengal mentioned in ain-e-akbari and kayasth ghattak karika mentioned him Ambasth kayasth

Same goes with sen vansh = 106 years which is more than Kashmir karkota srivastav dynasty
