Who worked with company called serbska svaya I have got a compelling job offer from them. Any experience with them?

I've been working there for a long time and I would say right away that it's especially hard at the beginning. The top brass there preach the safety in the workplace more than elsewhere else. They provide truly good wages, but dismiss and fine folks all the time for safety misconducts, which is quite fair, I admit.
