What is a traditional house in north Sulawesi called?

Traditional house in North Sulawesi is called 'Rumah Pewaris'. In Bahasa Indonesia, 'rumah' means house and 'pewaris' means descendants. This house has living room, family room, and bedrooms. On the right and left of the house, we can find staircases. Right staircases are used to enter the house, while left staircases are used to get out of the house.
