How to summon very good spirits?

Don't ever try to "summon" anything! Even though your intentions may be good, if you somehow open a portal to the other side there's no telling what's coming through. Some people, who are depressed, I mean really depressed, are exceptionally vunerable to opening portals to demons and evil spirits. I've unfortunately had a lot of experience with ghosts and things, so I've studied whatever I could get my hands on and it's what I've come to believe and I hope it was helpful.
