Do animals cry of sadness

I actually remember in a book it said that only one animal does. I forget WHICH animal but it was a land animal.

I believe it's the elephant, but I'm not quite sure. They do morn and experience grief, but as for the actual shedding of tears due to it, I'm not 100% sure.
