How to Deal with suspicion and mistrust in relationships?

Well... Im a girl who suspected my boyfriend all the time.. Its of no use to do so because if you keep suspecting your spouse, he/she will eventually get fed up & will leave...

Unconditional love goes a long way.. I'm not telling you to be a door mat but give your best at playing the role of an ideal mate... this will draw your partner close to you instead...

This is easy to say but it has to begin from within... I.e you should change the way you look at things... This can be done via meditation or with practice...

Well even after you do this if your partner cheats on you... At least you could be satisfied that you were loyal & did your best to make your relationship work.... If you were really nice to your spouse you know that he/she is the one whose going to loose out.... so be happy!!!!! :)

Life is just amazing just live each & everyday with your spouse to the max.... Enjoy & cherish every moment...... you will be happy :)
