What's the best skin treatment for dry flaky skin?

I understand what you mean I have dry skin myself and this is what i do....1.)Wask my face with a gentle cleanser from either BurtsBees acne gel cleanser this costs $10-15 dollars, or Clean and Clear, or Equate.

2.)Put on an acne cleanser I use ClearZit or BurtsBees Spot Treatment.

3.)Then put on a dry skin lotion I use BurtsBees Moisturizer, or Aveeno, or even Jergens which has SPF and UV ray protection in it.

4.) Also if you dont waer an Uv Ray protection moisturizer then put on sunscreen.

5.)Then put on your makeup I wear Mascara, but you can put on your eyeshadow foundation concealer and so on...

6.) Then end it with some Chapstick!
