Strictly speaking, no. At least in most traditionally Muslim countries. Especially problematic would be premarital sex with said Christian. It could precipitate ugly "honor violence" from her father or brothers.
In a big city like London or NYC, with highly educated and/or "Westernized" young adults, such a relationship might be considered more acceptable.
