How long does Dilaudid take to kick in?

well it depends on how you take dilaudid. if you are taking the narcotic pill it should take any where 15 to 30 minutes to kick in if you are getting it Intravenously (iv) you will feel the effects rapidly. If your going to snort the pill it should take only 5 to 10 minutes to feel the effects. this all depends on your tolerance too.
