Does penguin couple stay together forever?

Yes Yes once the mother has the egg, the father watches the egg while the mother goes to find food. Once the penguin is hatched both the parents watch after it until its full grown

The penguins stay together until death, although after that point, if one dies and the other survives, then the one that's left goes off on it's own and dies too.
