How much would a CNC machine cost?

It depends on how big it is and what it is made to do. You can get some small home wood working CNC machines for making decoratoive patterns and such for just one or two thousand dollars, or you can get very complex machines for making much larger industrial parts that could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars or more, and probably everything in between.
