Who is the youngest person killed with balimia?

From my experience bulimia doesn't kill but if someone does acquire it, it is usually in there teens at the youngest. If anything that would be the most likely time for death to occure...then again it would probably be suffocation from attempted vomiting tat would do them in rather than bulimia itself.
