How do you create a rainbow puffle?

Sorry to break this to you but there is no puffle whatever people say, it is NOT true. Trust me here i have asked Aunt Arctic, went on you tube and watched the video, it is fake! Aunt Arctic says there is no such thing but there could be one floating around here somewhere if we just keep our eyes peeled, we could come across one! just keep looking! Hope that helped!
