What is the annual salary for an Army soldier?

Assuming the question deals with PAY, the Military, not just the Army pays accoring to RANK and TIME IN SERVICE brackets. The higher the rank, the more the pay. The longer the time in service, the more pay (up to a limit).

People in the Military either start out Enlisted or Commissioned Officers. Many enlisted later go on to earn a commission or go to a Warrant Officer Cadidate Course and become Warrant Officers. In some cases, Commisioned Officers have later become Warrant Officers or entered the enlisted ranks.
