What EXACTLY does a fossa eat - names and species?

lemurs, snakes, frogs, large birds, and even incects.

-- i meant what SPECIES of things a fossa eats. e.g. what species of lemur does the foss eat; what insects etc

Fossa's can eat aye-aye which are part of the lemur family. They have also been seen hunting gazelle or small deer.
