What are the rules for the card game 99 or Bust?

In the card game 99 or Bust, players start with 3 cards and aim to reach a total of 99 points without going over. Number cards are worth their face value, face cards are worth 10 points, and aces are worth 1 point. Players can choose to draw a card or play a card each turn. If a player's total exceeds 99, they are out of the game. The last player remaining wins.
