In Georgia what is the penalty for driving a motorcycle without the motorcycle endorsement?

I was arrested in May 2010 for this, went to court and pleaded guilty. Was fined 700 dollars and had points taken off my license. This however was my first driving offence and was in Paulding county. i also had to pay 300 dollars for bail. You can receive upto 1 year jail term depending on your history.
