DAngelo Extra Credit chapter 23 Question 1 Explain why Marx expected only industrialized countries to have a Communist Revolution?

Marx expected that only industrialized countries were going to have a Communist Revolutions because he thought that if the proletariat were to revolt then there would be no way for the borguise not to hand over control. He got this idea from watching things that happened around him. Since he saw the working conditions in Germany he thought it would be perfect. However all the people were perfectly happy because any discomfort they had they had new designed medicine to take care of it.
