Is the number 35098 3444 an authentic Gucci number on label of your bag?

I have found a beautifull older bag you can see the qaility in it I payed just a few dollars for it when I got home I noticed that it had Gucci Written on the buckles in side I noticed it had a serial number and would like to know if it is really Gucci the number on the bag is 003-2058-0016
