Yes, but a legal one. there really are winners which are heavily advertised, however you enter a contest and what they don't tell you upfront is that to "stay eligible" you have to keep making purchases so they drag out one contest forever and try to use your greed against you, but logically the longer a contest runs- the LOWER your odds of getting anything.
