Bcoz he is a follower of J B Pattnaik though Lulu Bhai is good leader of Orissa no doubt about it.

Reasons:

1. Because of the huge amount of black money BJD spent to defeat him.

2. Fraud in the voting machienes.., people who vote Lulubhai.. went in favour of BJD...Because of Tampering in the voting machienes...
