What animals cackle?

There are a number of species that have demonstrated sounds that resemble human laughter. Primates like gorillas, orangutans, bonobos, and chimpanzees can make such noises when reacting to certain kinds of physical contact. Rats and dogs have also been known to make laughter-like vocalizations.
