Can you have a picture from the web as your profile picture on facebook?

yes you can all you have to do is is get the picture and make sure it is the picture then wont get the website so then you get the picture and then drag it and drop it in your desktop then you log into Facebook and click change profile picture you then choose upload from computer or upload picture then find the picture and double click and it will be your new profile picture
