Anything observed is a fact. A perceived fact, of course. Observed by two...blind experiment...observations validated... solid fact. Depending on your state of mind - a possible third, for stastistical measure might be in order, if documentation will be required. If stat diff occurs either the moment of the occurring fact has passed and credibilty reports, or you could carry it on out to a fourth and a fifth observer to lock it in...I mean, is it in fact a lamp, or a possible revelating piece of knowledge?
