Buddhist religion that doesn't cut hair?

I don't know of any specific traditions that don't cut hair. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche was a non-sectarian Tibetan Buddhist who did not cut his hair. Some Buddhist hermits do not bother to continue cutting there hair. True Zen I guess.
